General Delivery info
Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day from New Delhi.Â
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of India, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions)
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.
For domestic orders, please note that delivery may take between 3 to 5 Business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is still available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that your order may be shipped in eco packaging during the sales period. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
RASIQ ships worldwide. Outside of India, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc.), if any. Please verify with your local customs office before making a purchase, as customs policies vary widely.
For international orders, please note that delivery may take between 5 to 10 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Exchange Policy
Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Domestic Orders Only:Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
- Condition:Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
- Exclusions:Bags, home decor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless defective. We do not accept exchange requests based on color differences or fabric material variations.
Exchange Process:
- Request Submission:Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at orders@rasiq.in or call +91 9205056663. Alternatively, you can submit your exchange request on our website here.
- Processing Fee:A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
- Direct Shipping (Optional):If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
- Reverse Pickup:Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
- Quality Inspection and Dispatch:After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Prepaid and COD Orders:You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Rasiq Cancellations:
- Reasons:We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Refunds:For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
Credit Note Validity:
Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
